Kim is the reason I was able to labor unmedicated for 17 hours! I unexpectedly needed to be induced and had a much longer labor than I thought (second time mom) and Kim was with me through it all. She was everything I needed during the hardest moments of my life. I eventually opted for the epidural, but did not need it for long before baby was here which made all the difference in my recovery. Kim knew my wishes to go unmedicated and was very supportive of that choice. She did everything in her power to help me accomplish that. Kim also did a postpartum visit which I requested 4 days postpartum since I was struggling with breastfeeding. She sat with me for over 2 hours and gave me a lot of advice and support. I would absolutely hire Kim again if I end up having a third!
