Elan is absolutely wonderful and embodied every trait I was looking for in a doula -- experienced, thoughtful, personalized to my needs, supportive, and completely calm under pressure. The way in which Elan approaches the entire process from initial visits to relationship building to labor prep recommendations to labor and delivery is holistic and beneficial to the birthing parent and partner equally. I was especially grateful for the ways in which Elan showed up for us through prelabor and labor -- she was the steady support I needed (and so wish I had had with our first child).
