I had the BEST birth experience!!

Chris helped so much right off the bat with helpful resources like Built to Birth, Natural Hospital Birth, and more!! There is such an overwhelming amount of information + opinions in the world, so having someone give us helpful, natural, and easily digestible resources was a game changer.

My birth ended up being very quick!! I went into labor around midnight, called Chris at 4am, she arrived at my home at 6am, and we went to the hospital at 7am! She went ahead of us to get triage prepared (which was SO HELPFUL to just walk in and get going right away!!) I was 8cm when triage checked me, so we went right into the room.

We got into the room around 8:30 and once again Chris had prepared the way ahead of us and made sure the bath in my room had been filled before I got there! She took care of so many things behind the scenes so that I did not have to worry about them!

At 9:05 I started pushing and my son was born 14 minutes later at 9:19!

Chris was there every step of the way offering water, suggesting positions or relaxation techniques to speed up labor, and also knew when to be sneaky behind the scenes so that my husband and I could enjoy the process together.

She was also an incredible help directly after birth!! She helped me advocate for myself, she handled all the little things for me, she helped in my first few trips to the bathroom, she helped with breast feeding, and she never let us go hungry or thirsty.

We felt so loved and cared for. We also felt such a great calm in her presence knowing she had such extensive birth experience, knowing her great passion for natural and physiological birth, and knowing that nothing would be missed in the chaos because she had our backs through it all!

Absolutely would recommend her services to any expecting mom!!
