Natalie was incredible. From day one, she was proactive, reliable, and genuinely cared for our baby. My wife would wake up to fresh overnight oats, and if there was anything that needed to be done, she’d handle it without being asked.
She prioritized making sure my wife could rest. Breastfeeding is hard, but Natalie stayed on top of feeding schedules, kept everything clean, and made sure my wife had snacks and anything else she needed to stay nourished. After night feeds, we trusted her completely to change, burp, and settle the baby back to sleep—we never had to worry about a thing.
She’s great at taking feedback. When she helped with laundry, she folded things differently at first, but after showing her once, she adjusted immediately. She was also extremely observant, picking up on patterns in our baby’s sleep and feeding that helped us make changes for the better.
As a sleep coach, she took the guesswork out of the process. She was informative, responsive, and helped us get through something that had been really tough with our first. She also advised us on wake windows and nap schedules, which made a huge difference in both naps and night sleep.
Most importantly, she truly loves kids. You could tell she enjoyed what she did, and that made all the difference. We’ve already recommended her to several families, and they’ve all had the same great experience. We’re so grateful for everything she did and couldn’t recommend her more!
