We hired Erica as a birthing doula to help with our delivery in Jan 2025. She was amazing! My husband and I truly couldnt have done it without her. It was my first birth and she made the process so smooth. She gave us so much informaiton during our 1st visit with her about all things labor and delivery that we had no idea about. During the last visit she guided me about some birthing positions and some remedies that will help with the contraction pain. When I was in labor Erica helped me deal with the pain (no epidural) with massages which helped and calmed me down very much. Overall, hiring Eirca was the best decision for me and my family. We are very grateful for her help!
