I have spent quite a while trying to think of the words to describe how much Winnie has meant to our family. From our first conversation, I could feel her warmth through the zoom call. From there, she checked in with our family periodically. On our first night, I was wary handing my little baby over to someone who was basically a stranger, but Winnie sat with me a while and explained that at any point, I could be with my baby. This whole experience could be what I needed it to be. Needless to say, after night one, I was counting down the minutes Winnie would be back again. She helped give me the mental and emotional strength I needed to be a good parent to my newborn and toddlers. I wish I could personally tell every expecting parent in the Seattle area that they must work with Winnie. No one could regret it.
