I knew I wanted a Dula when I had my first daughter but that was not an option because insurance didn't cover it and money was tight. Luckily with my second daughter insurance covered for me to have a Dula and it was life changing. Michele was so amazing and walked me through everything. She was right by my side in addition to my partner talking me through everything. I had my daughter naturally with no epidural and that would not have been possible without Michele. Now I have 2 beautiful baby girls.
