If you are pregnant, I highly recommend Kari as your Doula. She is an incredible asset to have on your team. She provided educational material, books, links & websites to answer all of my questions so that I could be well informed during pregnancy, labor and postpartum. She provided irreplaceable support at the Birth Center and was an advocate for me and my family at the hospital when we had to transfer. Every time I had a question, she either knew the answer or found the answer for me. She is always available when you need her and has a really fast response turn around. Postpartum she went through the birth with us answering any questions we had, brought us a meal, and made me some delicious healthy lactation cookies. She made sure to check in on me regularly postpartum as well. She went above and beyond our expectations. She is no longer just our Doula, she will forever be part of our family and our birth story! We love you Kari!
