Theresa was our doula for the recent birth of our daughter. She is so passionate about being a doula and guiding you through the process of pregnancy, labor and postpartum. She took the time to get to know us starting with our first phone call. She was a great source of support and advice for both myself, and my husband and a calming and reassuring presence during pregnancy and labor. When we arrived at the hospital it was such a comfort to know she was there waiting for us.
Theresa visited us at home and taught us some great comfort measures and techniques for my early labor. Once we were at the hospital, Theresa’s support allowed me to focus on my labor without having to worry about anything else. Her visit with us postpartum was also incredibly helpful. You can take classes about caring for a newborn but having someone give you tips and tricks in your own home is really invaluable.
We had a very positive birth experience and I think a lot of that is due to Theresa’s care and support! 100% would recommend Theresa!
