From start to finish, Paige was a phenomenal doula and I couldn't have done it without her! She was kind, knowledgable, supportive, gentle, and a calming and assuring presence when we needed her most. Her prenatal meetings were in depth and resourceful and extremely thorough. This was my first birth and she broke down everything for me from the last stages of pregnancy, to labor and delivery, lactation basics and any postpartum questions I had. I felt safe and supported with her and having her with us through labor and delivery was extremely comforting. She did a great job of preparing me for the birth and reminding me during it about my preferences and options when I could barely think straight! She asked questions during the birth that I couldn't muster the wherewithal to ask, and made me and my husband feel at ease and confident in such a disorienting experience. I loved all the different pain management techniques she educated me on and offered. I would reccomend her to anyone and feel so grateful to have found her!
