Nine years ago, my first pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum period were traumatic experiences for me. When I began planning for a second child, I found Tatiana's Facebook group. I was grateful for the supportive community Tatiana created and the wealth of useful information provided.

As soon as I became pregnant, I booked Tatiana as my doula. Attending her childbirth preparation class was incredibly beneficial. It was thorough and lengthy, and Tatiana shared links to specific supplies and books at the end.

Throughout my entire pregnancy, Tatiana was caring and always available.

On the day of the birth, when my waters started leaking, she was in constant contact with me, guiding me and helping me make decisions about proposed medical interventions while calming my nerves. Most importantly, thanks to her, I did not allow labor to be induced and managed to stimulate strong contractions naturally and quickly.

During labor, Tatiana was instrumental in helping me find the right position, breathe correctly, and set up a TENS unit. She was the one who noticed that I had started pushing and the baby was in the birth canal, and called the nurses.

After my son was born, he lay on me while his umbilical cord pulsed. We shared a tender moment as the baby sought my nipple and latched on for the first time.

Thanks to Tatiana's support my baby was born completely healthy without any medical interventions. After the birth, Tatiana visited my home and spent a lot of time helping me and explaining how to recover and care for the newborn. She brought herbal bath blends and natural tea to boost milk supply, which was another thoughtful gesture.

Even months after the birth, she continues to provide invaluable emotional support and checks on our well-being, offering practical advice. I am immensely grateful to her, and it is solely thanks to her that my second pregnancy and childbirth experience was very positive.
