Christina was an essential piece to my wife Abby and I's experience bringing our son into the world. From our first meeting, Christina made us feel like we could do this. She is communicative, professional, and truly passionate about helping women (and their partners) through the birth experience.
Abby's labor was not what we expected. Her water broke early and started a stressful 34-hour clock before we would have to transfer to a hospital from Atlanta Birth Center. Throughout the entire nerve-wracking experience, Christina was a source of strength and calm for both me and Abby. Her breadth of knowledge regarding body work, birthing techniques, and medical expertise was constantly on display during the labor. While it was way more difficult than expected, Christina was the main reason we were able to have the labor experience we hoped for.
After our parents, Christina was the first person to find out we were pregnant with our 2nd. We had to let her know early to make sure she'd be available as our doula.
