I truly cannot imagine our birth story without Scarlett. She was such an incredible support for both my husband & I during pregnancy, labor & postpartum. She offered tangible information during this vulnerable time that guided us through each step of the birthing journey. What began as our home-birth dream was shattered by a necessary hospital transfer, where she stood beside us & advocated for hours (literally 24). She stayed with us through surgery and came back to the hospital the following day to offer additional support, which continued for several weeks postpartum.
