Fernanda was a crucial member of my postpartum "village." She was able to use effective soothing techniques to help my son sleep longer stretches at night so that my husband and I can get more rest (and so that my son is hopefully building good sleep habits). She also helped with baby-related chores including night diaper changes, feeding (both bottle feeding and nursing assistance), burping, washing pump parts and bottles, and collecting drip milk. She also provided a sleep log to help me understand and keep track of my son's sleep patterns at night.
