During labor when things got tough, her calm disposition and confidence, from years of diverse experiences, made it easy for me to trust her and trust the process and helped keep my anxiety at bay too. I also came across many areas where she was proactive and informative which allowed me to make better decisions and generally be better prepared. I don't even want to imagine what my labor and birth would have been like without her as I know other providers would not have been able to fill in the gaps. Once my baby arrived, she continued to provide support that made all the difference, like during those early breastfeeding days. I can't thank Aneke enough or say enough good things about her!
