Megan supported my husband and I through two very different births - my first was a month early, surprise labor fully in hospital and very quick, and my second was a more prolonged labour, primarily at home until the hospital birth. My husband jokes that my whole demeanure changed the moment Megan walked into the delivery room with my first. With how quick everything happened, I wasn't as prepared as I wanted to be, but I knew if Megan was there I had the support I needed to get through it and achieve the birth plan I wanted. Through both my deliveries she provided a sense of calm, confidence, and ongoing comfort and support to help get me through.
Megan has a warmth and kidness about her that makes you feel 100% cared for every step of the way. Thinking of Megan still brings happy tears to my eyes.
