Labour went quickly for me, but she was able to offer methods and techniques for managing contractions, and while pushing she (and the medical team) helped suggest and maneuver me into optimal pushing positions to get my large baby out without any interventions and minimal damage to my body as well!
When you hire Shannon-Tara, you have the reassurance that when you go into labour, you will have someone in the room who has taken the time to listen to your thoughts and concerns, has gotten to know you and what your birth preferences are, and will advocate for you and your partner throughout the birth process. She is able to tailor your experience with her to what you need - whether than we pre-labour visits, only during the labour/birth itself, as well as post delivery support in the hospital and at home.
