I knew early on in my pregnancy that I wanted to work with a doula. My husband and I are first time parents and we had a lot of questions about what to expect from pregnancy and birth. Beth treated all of our questions and worries with consideration and care. It was easy to tell from our first meeting that she’s well informed, experienced, and really cares about the families she works with. Beth supported my husband and I through a complicated birth and helped me process the experience afterwards. The main thing we wanted from our birth doula was an emotionally regulated support person to help us stay grounded during our most vulnerable moments— Beth provided exactly that.
