I had so much confidence confirming Shaina to be our doula and support us through labor and delivery! Unfortunately we had a very premature birth and we did not get to utilize Shaina for that event. Nonetheless Shaina was awesome. She was very accommodating to our situation and we instead continued to work with her in postpartum when we brought our son home from the NICU. Shaina has great energy and wants to make sure you are comfortable and cared for. She was responsive to my concerns with latching and gave me many practical suggestions we worked on together. She also took initiative in folding laundry and making me snacks when I didn’t have anything on my agenda.
