Because of Mia, my second postpartum experience was significantly better than my first postpartum. I've worked with several doulas and newborn care specialists, and Mia was the best by far. She was excellent with my newborn, who often resisted sleep. What made her stand out was her support of my family and me. Her advice on feeding schedules, milk management, breastfeeding support and other newborn care was helpful and thoughtful (and I wasn't expecting to learn so much since this was my second child). What I found most unique about Mia was her management skills. She was doting to our baby AND could manage tasks and time efficiently. She worked tirelessly to support both baby and mom.
