Mia is an amazing post-partum doula. She is kind, gentle and compassionate, someone I felt immediately comfortable having care for my baby and me. She was able to listen to my needs and help me with what I asked for, and also was able discern what else she could take care of so I could rest and bond with baby. I looked forward to her visits every week, and was able to catch up on my sleep, heal from a c-section, and deepen my bond with baby because of her presence. She's very knowledgeable about nursing, baby wellness and postpartum recovery. She also kept us nourished with tasty, nutritious food. I would absolutely recommend her work to anyone.
