If you're looking for a person to come along side you who is so kind, knowledgeable, patient, supportive and will advocate for you, Cassidy is your doula. She was helpful with teaching us information even about the birth process, assisted us with stretching and ways to support us through the laboring process. We loved her approach and how she wants to learn about you and what you want your birth to be like and will advocate for that. We know things don't go as planned sometimes, and even after us deciding to go have a c-section while at the hospital, she was still present for us and our son. It was so helpful having Cassidy for support and made the whole experience so enjoyable (lol) as first time parents!! I think the extra support, advocacy and love in the room really made a huge difference.
