Nicki was so helpful from the second we hired her. I was able to reach out with questions during pregnancy and my husband was able to ask her all his questions and get immediate guidance to what to do and how to help and what to expect once I started showing signs of labor. Nicki was also a HUGE help at the hospital. She was able to help advocate for me so that we had little intervention and guided my husband along the way. it was huge to not have to worry about any communication during birth, knowing she knew my plan and wishes and could speak up for me! She encouraged and guided me to do what's best for my body so that I didn't have to do anything but concentrate on the contractions. I credit her for getting me through my first unmediated birth, there's no way I would've pulled it off without her. She was a strong yet calming presence the entire time. My husband and I are so so grateful for her!!!!
