I had Dinora as my postpartum doula for the 10 day belly binding and cannot recommend her enough! For my first birth, I did not have a postpartum doula and experienced diastasis that made it difficult to walk around holding my baby without my core. I wanted something different this time and hired Dinora. This postpartum experience was so much better. Not only did the routine help with baby blues but it was very helpful to have someone who encouraged you to focus on healing. Dinora was easy to talk to and allowed me to work through my birth trauma at my own pace with gentle reassurance. Dinora provided herbal tea, foot soaks, herbal baths, and belly massage to help with uterus contracting. Not only was my diastasis corrected within the ten days but my stomach flattened out much quicker than the last time. Dinora has good communication, is reliable and is friendly. 10/10 would hire again.
