I cant say enough good things about Tammy.
I wish that everyone had access to her before, during, and after their birth. Tammy prepared us bothe physically and mentally for our birth journey. She also gave us some nutritional insight and some help navigating what herbs might be helpful along the way. Because of her we were able to go into our birth with confidence, knowledge and very little fear. We always felt supported and we loved that there was always someone with a ton of experience to reach out to with all of our questions.
During the actual birth, I can't emagine that journey without Tammy. It was a long 40 hours and she was there the whole way supporting through contractions, knowing exactly what to do to releive pain and advocating for our wishes without hesitation.
If we decide to have another, there is no doubt that we will be seeking Tammy's support.
