Having a natural/unmedicated hospital birth was my dream for my first baby and Sarah helped me to achieve that. I'm so thankful for the guidance she provided in labor positioning at home to ease the pain, as well as pushing positions in the hospital that supported a physiological birth. Sarah not only helped with labor and delivery but she helped to keep us informed throughout pregnancy, ensured my medical team was aware of and following our birth plan, and went above and beyond in the chaos to ensure my husband could be the best supporter to me.
