At first I wasn’t sure if I needed to hire a doula for my homebirth,but wow! I’m so so glad I decided to go with my gut. During my birth she knew exactly how to help me go through every contraction. She knew exactly which words of encouragement I needed. She also provided me so much information during my prenatal visits to prepare to have a home birth. She empowered my husband and I through this process. She has amazing tools to help with anxiety, fear, and anything related to pregnancy, birth, and postpartum .
