I cannot have imagined going through my last pregnancy, cesarean section and postpartum without Sarah. She always took it upon herself to pray over my child and I. I always felt comfort, peace and assurance with her. After the c-section she helped me through the pain and nausea, she even took care of me as I threw up. As I began to heal in the hospital, she spoon fed me liquids and made sure I drank enough water. It was such a comfort to have her with me and my newborn in the hospital as my husband was busy going back and forth checking on our one year old at home. After arriving home Sarah checked in to make sure I was recovering well. While all of this was everything I needed and more, she also coached me through breastfeeding. Her encouragement kept me going to now exclusively breastfeeding for eight months, which was my dream! Sarah is the absolute sweetest, strongest, caring and most prayerful doula you can find!
