I truly can't imagine going through the birth of my son without Laura. This was my second vaginal unmedicated birth and I can tell you without a doubt that having Laura with me the second time was a world of difference from my first. Having such a calm, experienced, and dedicated person in your corner through the entire labor process is a game changer. My labor was fast, but incredibly itnense. There were moments I wasn't sure I would make it through and Laura's confidence and steadfast presence kept me centered. I cannot recommend having a doula, and more specifically Laura enough.
