Amanda was such a wonderful, grounding presence at my birth. I really appreciated how she got to know me in advance, talking through the details of my preferences but also just getting a sense of who I am and the overall environment I was hoping to create. Day of, she was really so helpful and prepared. She sort of knew exactly what to do before I even had to say anything, which was truly invaluable.
