Jaime has been the biggest blessing during my postpartum experience. Our family lives on the east coast so we lined her up knowing we would need extra hands for our first baby. She is the most incredible cook and has made us the most nourishing and delicious food every week which allows us to spend extra time with our baby and not stress about cooking! I’ve never had such amazing home cooked food in my life, I find myself texting her on a weekly basis asking for her recipes. Jaime has also been an invaluable asset to my physical recovery postpartum. She’s an incredible body worker and has helped me ease back into some me time through her incredible massages. She is a wealth of knowledge on postpartum recovery and even encouraged me to question my doctor when I was experiencing prolonged bleeding, which resulted in me advocating for myself and receiving the proper treatment after being told to “wait it out” by my doctor. Jaime is incredibly flexible scheduling wise and such a joy to have around - she is such a natural with babies and incredibly trustworthy! We often have her come to cook when we’re not home so we can arrive to a home cooked meal - there’s nothing better than the smell of her cooking. Not only that, but she is so self sufficient and finds her way around the house with ease. She leaves the kitchen spotless after cooking as well. I have had experience with other doulas, my birth doula included and Jaime is far superior to any other doula I’ve worked with! Truly can’t recommend her enough and would 100% make her my first call when I have my 2nd baby. If there is one thing you can do to make your postpartum experience smoother it would be to have Jaime's helping hands!
