I had the honor of having Sarah as my postpartum doula after the birth of both of my children (ages 3 & 8 months old at present). I cannot adequately articulate how helpful, supportive, and critical Sarah was in both of my postpartum journeys.
In 2019, my son was born and spent time in the NICU. He had significant reflux, breath holding spells, and was a very high needs and challenging infant. We were completely distraught and exhausted, and I quickly developed postpartum depression and anxiety. We were blessed to find Sarah through a referral, and she immediately stepped in with a compassionate and knowledgeable approach to help with all our needs. She helped a great deal with my breastfeeding journey as well as managing a very fussy, uncomfortable baby. She also found us several referrals to various practitioners we needed to see for further assistance such as lactation consultants and chiropractors. We were able to help our son through his challenges with her support and guidance. In addition, her support and care were the primary reasons I was able to recover from my postpartum mental health challenges.
With our second child, Sarah helped me through my pregnancy and was ready to step in full time after her birth. My daughter had significant feeding challenges from the beginning. We were relieved to have Sarah there to provide her expertise and help us understand how to best help our daughter. She again helped us with referrals to pediatric dentists and feeding therapists. It was disheartening to have more challenges with our second child, but Sarah made the whole journey workable. I didn’t feel alone or experience postpartum depression and anxiety because I had Sarah’s support and care.
I highly recommend Sarah for doula services. She is highly experienced, intuitive, supportive and a hard worker. She is organized and an excellent communicator as well. If you need further information, please contact me.

I hired Sarah as a doula for my first baby because all my family is abroad. I was very nervous & anxious to embark this journey without family help. Sarah was a "God sent angel" Doula.  She has a very calm & non judgmental presence. Exceeded every expectation! There were issues that she walked me through every step of the way and helped guide me both with solutions & emotional support.
I still ask her questions and she’s always prompt & helpful. Very passionate about helping families. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Sarah was our Postpartum Doula in summer 2016 when we first brought our baby home from the hospital and continued on for days for a few months. Our son was born prematurely and was very small. Sarah was incredibly helpful and resourceful in finding solutions for any issues he had. From the moment she'd walk in the door, she'd be problem solving and offering ideas for how to make the baby more comfortable. She also was an incredible resource to myself in offering education about breastfeeding and pumping. She is patient, knowledgeable and wise. Her information is always both practical and researched which is a great comfort to new parents like we are. But most importantly, she was wonderful with our baby and did a lovely job of tending to his every need. I highly recommend her if you're lucky enough to get her!

Sarah is amazing. My sons sleep schedule was all over the place, leaving me exhausted and not feeling my best. I reached out to Sarah in hopes to get things figured out. Everything I read online about adjusting schedules made me extremely uncomfortable. I wasn’t willing to cause my baby any harm in order to get sleep.  We worked together to create a hassle free nap and bed time routine that has worked wonders for us. Without a single tear shed! I’m so amazed by her professionalism and her incredible amount of knowledge on so many topics that have come up in conversation. She truly knows her stuff and is extremely reliable. I’m so grateful to have found her! Thanks to Sarah I have a happy and well rested baby (and me too) which helps me be the best mom I can be! Thank you so much Sarah!!!

Sarah was always on time and flexible with days and hours. She didn't leave me short handed at a moments notice and that was reassuring because I knew she was always going to show up. She stayed with my infant twins so my husband and I could get some well needed sleep. We knew they were in good hands. She also helped us sleep train them which was nice so we knew what to do at night with them as first time parents.
