I was matched with Gail through a friend's recommendaTion. I was due to give birth to my boy 2 days before I met Gail. When I did finally get to meet with Gail my experience was nothing but positive and educational she even came to a meeting at My house which was very nice and convenient. We decided on a birth plan for when I deLivered Jeremy and my birth experience was very closely matched to my plan thanks to Gail and her guidance I had an amazing birth experience even though my circumstances weren't ideal. Gail walked me thru what to expect and was so supportive I couldn't Have had an amazing birth without Gail. I feel very blessed that Gail took me as a client and extremely fortunate to have her help before during and after Labour she went above and beyond her call of duty. She was of great assistance to me and my baby. I'm extremely grateful for her services and I highly recommend her. She took me on even though my due date passed and took pictures and was very accommodating. I was not disappointed at all. Gail does great work.

One of the best decision that my husband and I made with our first child was to hire Gail as our doula.

In 2009 I was pregnant with my beautiful daughter Diana. As a new mom I was scared about everything in general. Espcially, the giving birth part. I knew that from the very begining I wanted a natural birth with no pain meds but seeing that everyone of my friends opt out to having their babies via epidural, c-section etc. No meds for me only in an emergency if need be.

I met Gail Edwards from the Ramona Pregnancy Center where she volunteers. After meeting her, my husband and I decided to hire her as our doula. We felt that she can help us during the delivery since we wanted a natural birth. As part of her doulaship she prepared us with what to expect before we gave birth and after. She came over to my house 3-4 times before we had the baby to go over what my body is going through and our birth plan. She helped my husband coach me and reasured him that he is doing great job and that is what I needed.

On September 16, 2009 my water broke at 4am in the morning. My husband, Kevin, called Gail and she told us that she will meet us at the hospital. I was in labor for 7 hours from the time that my water broke to the time my daughter was born. Nurse kept on asking me if I needed pain meds and I told them no.  She help me through every gut wrenching contractions. I finally scream that I want some med at 10cm dialation but by that time it was too late and so with the help of Gail and my husband I was able to endure the pain and push my daughter out at 11am. I was glad that I did not take the pain meds I was able to recover in a few hours and the baby was alert and absolutely beautiful. One of the best decision that I could have made. I am glad that I had 2 strong people there to help me through this expereience. I would recommend  Gail to anyone that is having a child especially a first child. Made my experience beautiful.
