Here is what a client named Janice Noethiger has to say about working with Christine:

I knew after talking to Chrissy for a few minutes that she was the perfect fit for our family. We weren't sure exactly what we needed from her as a doula since this was our second child and second home birth - only that we definitely wanted the extra support.  The way she helped us determine what we needed was really organized and professional, with the perfect outcome. She was fast to arrive once labor started, and helped me tremendously with physical support during contractions. Her presence and calm nature were exactly what I needed to make it through my 4 hour intense labor while my husband supported our older daughter. After the birth, she was invaluable by helping with our older child while we got to know the new baby and recovered a bit from birth.  Although it was the first time she worked alongside our midwife, they worked together seamlessly and we appreciated that so much. As a side note, we are newer to the area so Chrissy also provided us with tons of recommendations for birth professionals, providers and postpartum resources. Our home birth would truly not have been as positive or successful without her help!

Here is what a client named Andrea Cipolloni has to say about working with Christine:

This was my third birth and my first time having a doula. Chris was amazing right from the start! She takes such good care of her clients during the entire journey. She not only helped me tremendously through my labor but she was also an amazing support to my husband. Who was skeptical at first about having a doula in the room. He was so thankful she was there and how it took a lot of pressure and anxiety away from him. Chris understands the support that a women needs and is always there to advocate for you which can be very challenging during this process. Chris kept me calm, used massage therapy and different techniques to make this  smooth process. Before I could ask for assistance she was already there making it happen. She's truly meant for this work. Highly recommend!

Here is what a client named Nicole has to say about working with Karissa:

I was beyond blessed to have Karissa as a support person during every stage of my first pregnancy. Her expertise on women's health helped set us up to have a labor experience that we wanted. In early pregnancy she helped by educating me on the importance of building strength & mobility. She sat down with us & went through what we could expect during the stages of labor & how to navigate through them. She listened to our preferences & educated us on the different interventions that could be available to us. With each doctor appointment, I updated her & we adjusted my birth plan as needed. My due date came and went. She remained supportive by clearly explaining what we could expect if we decided to deviate from our birth plan. She also provided natural induction techniques. I went into labor on my own at 41 weeks. I was able to reference the guides provided by her, to help navigate through early labor. Once things started to progress she came over to the house. She was able to help guide us through the contraction with her soft spoken coaching & bag of tools. She then went to the hospital with us, where she continued to support me & to advocate for our preferences. Once our baby was born, she made sure we were all well before leaving us to enjoy our first moments as a family of 3. After we left the hospital, she continued to ensure we were doing well & provided any further guidance that she could. She did a post partum visit a few weeks later. No matter how hard things got, Karissa always kept our preference in the forefront & continued to remind us of the possibility of having our preferred labor experience while keeping in mind the health of me and the baby. She went above and beyond what I would have ever expected a doula to do. I always felt comfortable with her. As we plan to grow our family in the future I will definitely look to Karissa for support in our future birth plants.
