I feel so fortunate and grateful to have had Lydia as our doula. With this being our first pregnancy and birth my husband and I did not know what to expect. Lydia was able to walk us through step by step! I highly recommend getting a doula and Lydia would be on the top of my list!
Lydia was absolutely fantastic. My husband and I really valued her wisdom throughout the pregnancy and cannot imagine having done delivered our son without her. She is thoughtful and kind but also a total straight shooter. I cannot recommend Lydia more, we were lucky to have her in our life.
My husband decided we should hire a doula after attending Lydia’s prepared childbirth class at Holmes Regional. He was super impressed by her knowledge and was immediately confident in her as a trustworthy addition to our birth plan. I think he also needed the additional reassurance too! My mother was unable to come for the birth and my grandmother had just passed away. I was feeling unsure and afraid of the impending birth day. I really needed someone that could be emotionally supportive and on their toes when it comes to curveballs in the process. I wasn’t sure if my OB was going to be available to deliver our baby and felt relieved that Lydia would be there no matter what. She was warm, supportive, kind, educated, and full of suggestions! Lydia made it so that I could be at ease and the entire process was amazing. She even delivered our baby under the supervision of our OB! She is a one of a kind person that I would highly recommend to anyone, whether it’s just for the comfort of a familiar person in the room, or to be a strong coach and advocate.
Lydia was an amazing addition to my birth team! She is compassionate, kind and very well informed. She helped make it possible for me to have the unmedicated VBAC that I so greatly desired. She was excellent at helping me find different positions in labor (especially transition) to cope with the pain. She was also a great support to my husband and helped coach him throughout the labor and birth on how to best help me. We can't thank Lydia enough for her care!
This was my first birth and all I can say is THANK GOD for Lydia! I was planning on having an epidural to have minimal pain during my birth. Well, the epidural ended up not working when I was going through the worst contractions of labor for about 2 hours. I can honestly say I do not know what I would have done if I didn't have Lydia coaching me through alternative pain control methods during that time. She also eased my fear of the "unknown" by answering all of my questions while I was in labor and helped guide me through a very intimidating process for someone doing it for the first time. I probably would have given up and had to have a C- section if she hadn't given me the confidence to keep going after hours of labor. After the birth process, we also hired Lydia for post-partum care. Our beautiful little girl was a huge handful at first and a terrible sleeper due to "silent reflux." Once again, THANK GOD for Lydia- I would have lost my mind without her over-night help in taking care of our daughter. My husband and I were able to get some much needed sleep knowing our daughter was in Lydia's very capable and loving hands. I really think I could write a book on how much she truly helped our little family. My husband and I are always thinking back and saying, "thank god for Lydia." Words can never express how much I appreciate all she did for us! If I decide to have a second child, she is the first phone call I am making! Thank you Lydia!!
Lydia was suggested to me by a friend of mine & we hired her as a doula pretty early on in my pregnancy and thank God we did. My experience with Lydia was beyond what I could have imagined & I'm so thankful she was there helping me through pregnancy, labor and even after birth once we came home. Lydia's gentle but firm guidance, suggestions and reassurance is definitely what helped me get through my difficult induction & eventual cesarean section to deliver my daughter. As terrifying as that surgery was to me, Lydia kept me grounded & got me through it feeling both supported and genuinely cared for. I am so thankful for her support as she helped us get my daughter to nurse immediately following birth, something that was very important to me especially following the need to deliver via cesarean. I will never forget everything that she has done for us and if other children are in our future we will definitely hire her again. Thank you Lydia from the bottom of our hearts we love you!
This was my second birth and my first time hiring a doula. I ended up needing a c-section with my first because my son was on the larger side and would not move down far enough in my pelvis. With this birth, my goal was VBAC so I wanted to give myself the best chance for success and hire a doula along with my midwife/ob practice. Lydia Baker was recommended by our practice and she had also taught the birthing class we attended at the hospital for our first child, so we were familiar with her and very impressed with her knowledge and experience. Our experience with Lydia for the birth of our second child was amazing! My vbac was successful and I couldn't have asked for better support. She was informative and patient. She listened to what I needed and was very helpful during pushing. We are so grateful for her and the role she played in one of the greatest days and experiences of our lives. Thank you Lydia!
When my husband and I reminisce about the birth of our last baby Lydia is at the forefront. She gave amazing support. I felt safe and comforted and so did my husband. This was my fourth birth and it did move rather quickly. She was 100% intune to how I was feeling and what I needed as I moved through transition. The baby was coming faster than the midwife but wih Lydia by our side my husband and I knew we were in good confident and very competant hands. Lydia is just amazing. If we ever decide to add another to our family Lydia would be one of our first calls.
Hiring Lydia to be our doula was the best decision we made for the birth of our second child. I had a really tough delivery with our first baby, culminating in NICU stay, and painful vaginal tears that took over 3 months to heal. I carried so much anxiety going into the birth of our second child, but Lydia held my hand each step of the way. She was always calm, always supportive, and always knew just what me I needed. The day my second child was born was the happiest day of my life, and I attribute that in large part to Lydia giving me the tools I needed to prepare and supporting me through the birthing process. I planned an unmedicated hospital birth, but ended up needing an epidural and there were several instances the OB told me to prepare myself for a possible c section. The baby was ultimately born vaginally, minimal tearing and 100% better recovery, physically and emotionally. Lydia supported me through every step and I am eternally grateful for her compassion, her wisdom and her experience. My only regret is not having her present during my first delivery.
Lydia was wonderful to have at my side (literally) during the home birth of my third baby. I wanted to give up many times but she kept me focused and I felt safe throughout. I felt comfortable sharing my concerns during our pre-birth meetings and messages back and forth. She kept in great communication with me prior to the birth to see how I was doing as well as to update me with any forseeable schedule issues she was looking at in her calenda--because we never know when a baby wants to make it's debut! She came very recommended from several people who's paths we've both crossed and I was very happy with our choice to hire her. Being in the medical profession, it was important we had someone who could help us naviate the birth process naturally while understanding our medical minds as well. I can still picture the birth in my mind and holding onto Lydia so tight with each contraction. She knew it was what I needed without me even speaking. And she could see when I needed space without me ever asking. I would highly recommened Lydia anyday without hesitation.
my husband and I first met Lydia in the birth class we signed up for in the hospital. During the class, she was very informative and demonstrated Her years of experience in the field. We found out she’s also a doula and she actually was the doula for one of our friends for both of Her births. our friend gave Lydia such great referral we decided to hire her to be my doula as well.
She gave me very helpful advice on dealing with all the discomforts during pregnancy, and she sent me resources on pregnancy excercises and birth. She helped me prep a solid birth plan and she was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns.
During my birth, I ran into a complicat and could not deliver my baby naturally as planned. I was not prepared to have a c-section, and I was getting very nervous. I’ve never had any surgery, not even stitches! She kept me and my family calm by explaining to me what’s going to happen and helped me mentally prepare for my c-section. She then stayed for an hour after the baby’s born to make sure I was feeling okay physically and emotionally, and helping out for the baby’s first “meal”.
Overall, having Lydia during my pregnancy and both was the beat decision I’ve made. her presence there kept all of us calm and on track. She was there for me, she would ask the doctor questions on my behalf making sure I was good with everything.
Hands down Lydia is amazing!!
With my first birth, I attended a birth class at the hospital that Lydia taught. i loved her enthusiasm, professionalism and down to earth personality. I was still on the fence of budgeting the cost of having a doula but I kept it in the back of my mind. I ended up not going with it and in my hindsight I wish I did.
With my second birth, the moment I found out I was pregnant I hired Lydia. I realized the value that a doula brings to the table in pregnancy and birth. Not only that but I knew in my heart that Lydia was the one for me. I liked her own personal birth experience with her own family but I also liked her hospital experience. She has great insight to that part of birth (birthing in the hospital).
I chose to do a VBAC at home and Lydia supported my decisions. She gave me resources and was always there for me the moment I reached out. One thing that I find extremely Important when shopping for a doula is finding one That won’t push their own personal agendas or beliefs on you. If you want a hospital birth, great! your doula should support you. If you want a home birth, great! Pain medicine/interventions? Ok! None of that? Ok! Whatever your birth plan is, your doula should educate you and support you. That’s what Lydia does. She’s very informed and beyond all things she’s very supportive.
She taught my husband how to be a better Support for me. He had no idea how to support a birthing woman. Heck I didn’t know! And Lydia does it in such a way that it’s not aggressive or bossy, it’s very suggestive and nurturing. My birth happened so fast and I was in such denial that it was actually delivery time my birth ended up being unattended but the things Lydia taught my husband allowed him to be the best support I could have ever asked for. For that I’m thankful for Lydia!
Lydia was amazing! This was our third pregnancy and from the start I knew I wanted a doula as we were going to attempt a VBAC. She gave wonderful guidance on things to do an practices to help prepare us - having her avialable to talk to throughout the pregnancy was extremely reasurring. In the final weeks leading up to the birth she was great at helping us understand our options as our due date came and went. We ended up with an induction, having her there to talk us throuhg everything and be the voice when the doctors were out of the room was great. We had a wonderfully sucessful VBAC hugely impart to the help and reassurance she gave us. Afterwords she kept tabs on us even with a hurrican quickly approaching. I can't imagine not having her with us and would do it all over again with her help!
Lydia was incredible with us, before, during and after our sons birth. We met her during our prepared childbirth class at Holmes Regional that she was instructing, and were very excited to learn she was a doula ahile visiting after the class. My husband and I felt rightaway that Lydia had the experience and knowledge we were looking for. She met us several times during the pregnancy to help manage our expectations and offer guidance. She also coached us on different exercises and stretches to help with delivery. At 35 weeks our son was still head-down and we opted for an external version. Lydia was at the hospital with us the whole time, just in case things got complicated and we had to deliver. A diagnosis of pre-eclampsia and HELLP Syndrome in our 39th week sent us into the hospital for induction. Lydia was right there with us for the 16 hours we tried for the natural birth we planned for, helping me breathe and cope with all the complications we had, and through the eventual section we didn't plan for at all! Lydia even came and checked on us several times over the next two weeks I was in the hospital, and at our home once I was discharged. Her knowledge and experience as a doula, and of the hospital and hospital staff, was so comforting. She helped us understand what was going on every step of the way, what our options were, and helped us as we adjusted our plan. Our birthing experience ended up being completely different then what we imagined, and was definitely scary at times, and I don't know what we would have done without Lydia!
Lydia was exactly what I wanted in a doula. Prepartum, she gave me lots of info/advice/resources and was always quick to respond to messages and calls. I had some complications throughout my pregnancy and she consistently checked in on me like a friend. When I went into my birthing time 2 weeks early (she was booked with another Momma) but she kept up with me via my husband and was able to make it. Throughout my pressure waves she did everything she could to help me to the next one (breathing techniques, counter-pressure, massage, encouragement, etc) and in transition, she helped me focus. She even helped my "sunny side up" baby turn his head and move into position! Afterwards, she helped me with breastfeeding and gave postpartum advice on healing. I will definitely be using her for my future births and recommend her to everyone--especially ftm's!
Lydia Baker is a very knowledgeable and helpful doula. She assisted me though a birth that had several unexpected circumstances. She was very effective in coaching me though breathing techniques at a critical time. Lydia was always there for me when I needed her before, during, and after the birth. Having a consistent support person was very important to me, so I would highly recommend Lydia Baker for doula services.
Hiring Lydia,as my doula, was the best decision I made. I would recommend her to anyone including my best friend! People say your deliveries will never go as planned, and that was certainly true with me, but having a doula is the best way to "plan" for anything that comes your way!
When I began my search for a doula, I was referred to Lydia by a fellow twin mom. My husband and I first met her at our childbirth class, which she happened to be teaching. That night we decided to hire her as our doula, and I am so glad that we did. Since it was my first pregnancy (and with twins), it was incredibly helpful and reassuring to have her be just a phone call or text away whenever I had any questions or concerns day or night. My twins were delivered via c-section, and Lydia was in the hospital with us before the procedure, during (she was even able to take pictures!), and after. Upon having newborn twins, I quickly realized I would need a lot of help, especially in the beginning. I was so overwhelmed, that on the drive home from the hospital, I called Lydia and asked her to be our post-partum doula as well. Luckily, she was available! I honestly don't know how we would have managed the first few weeks home with our newborn twins without Lydia, she was a lifesaver! Even though our twins are now over three months old, I continue to have Lydia over for post-partum doula services. She is such a wealth of knowledge, and I have learned so much from her, which has helped me become a more confident mom to my two boys.
My wife and I are both Occupational Therapists. We met Lydia during our Holmes regional hospital (birthing) tour and she was also the instructor of our pregnancy class. We liked her knowledge and profesionalism from the start and asked if she was available to be our doula for our baby girl due in May of 2016.
On May 25th 2016 after 2 house meetings to discuss everything from exercises to baby prep, Labor day finally arrived. Lydia was there from the start...8pm to 4:00pm the following day. This was not an easy labor (we were in active labor for over 16 hours, we changed birthing positions 12 times and pushed for our baby girl for a total of 5 hours 3 different times). My wife is superhuman but so was our baby girl, who after all that!,she would require a csection to be delivered. Luckily, Lydia was on top of it all, she gave us constant coaching, guidance, narration, explination, problem solving, hand over hand assitance and hard work that like the Energizer Commercials never stoped.
Even after no sleep Lydia asked for the camera to capture the birth of our baby girl in the operation room. At the end of it all, Lydia does not only know what she is doing but she does it with care, love and compassion. We knew we hired someone really good but that day she showed us we hired someone beyond our expectations.

If you are contemplating hiring Lydia as your Doula, do it! We used her doula services for the birth of both our children. With our first I had a long, complicated labor and delivery. Lydia was by my side offering support (physical and mental) throughout the duration of my experience. She not only guided me during my first birthing experience but helped coach my husband so he could better support me. I ended up with an epidural and still consider Lydia's services priceless.
My second labor and delivery was drastically different than the first. It was much shorter (8 hours active labor) and I was able to go without an epidural. Again, Lydia was by my side throughout the labor and provided much needed support during the entire process. She not only provided encouragement, she knew exactly when and where to provided pressure, aromatherapy and hydration. Without a doubt she is the reason I was able to go epidural free without getting discouraged.
Additionally, we used Lydia for postpartum nighttime care. She provided much needed help during the tough first few weeks. With both the Doula and postpartum care Lydia is discrete, never over steps her boundaries and always makes her clients feel special. We are so grateful for her services and would recommend her to anyone looking for a supportive, knowledgeable and peaceful presence during the labor, delivery and postpartum period.
I can't imagine going through the end of my pregnancy, labor, and post-partum without Lydia. She was not only an absolutely excellent source of information and pertinent knowledge, but she also provided emotional stability that allowed me to navigate through the peaks and crevices of each individual stage of child-bearing. Everyone should have a doula during this stage of their life, and even more than this- Lydia goes above and beyond these general expectations that a doula encompasses.
Lydia came highly recommended to us through a mutual friend. My husband and I had just had twin daughters and he was returning to work after being off for a week. With two babies to feed on a 3 hours schedule, we were struggling to get any rest during their night feedings. We hired Lydia to night nurse (bottle feed and care for our babies) a few times during the week so we could get caught up on some much needed sleep. We couldn't be more pleased with our decision to do so. From day one, Lydia showed our girls warmth, care and love just like mom or dad. After a couple nights, it was easy to let go and sleep in peace knowing what amazing hands they had caring for them. I had some incredibly restful nights even just a couple weeks post partum and it was all because of Lydia. I used to call her my sleep angel. Lydia also came over in daylight hours and assist in showing me how to wear both my daughters at the same time in my Moby wrap. Lastly, Lydia has a huge heart and love for babies and their families. The post partum period can be very emeotional and exhausting and Lydia was there to provide me with loving and kind words of encouragement, hugs, and reassurance that things were going to be okay. We were truly blessed to have found her and cannot imagine having gone through our experience without her. I would recommend Lydia a million times over to any family that was considering using her for post partum care. And although we did not use her for doula/birthing services, I am confident in knowing her expertise and care that she would be a great birthing coach...I wish we had known about her years ago when we had our first child! A huge thank you to her and all that she helped us get through. As we say in our house, "We LOVE Lydia!"
Lydia was PHENOMENAL for our birth with our second child (a VBAC), a healthy baby girl born on 1/4/2016.
From her communcation tthroughout the pregnancy to her invaluable expertise throughout my labor and delivery, Lydia just knew what I needed before I knew I needed it. I even commented a few days after the birth, I feel like I need to go get pregnant again just so we can be friends and chat all the time! If you are looking for a doula, you won't find a better one.
I am absolutely goiing to use Lydia for all future births and am looking forward to them now, with her working alongside me and my husband to try to acheive the birth that we want!
Lydia was so helpful during my labor and birth, making it a great experience! Leading up to the birth she provided helpful resources for stretching and answered all of my questions. She came to my house to assist my husband while i labored at home before going to the hospital. She helped me work through the contractions and kept us informed on what to expect while at the hospital. Lydia also provided support after our baby was born when my husband and I were learning how to care for our first child. I would highly recommend Lydia for her services.
I wasn't sure about hiring a doula; I didn't have any personal referrals and it was completely intimidating. I read reviews for Lydia and decided I wanted to meet with her. After my husband and I met with her we had such a good feeling about her we decided if we hired a doula, she was the one we wanted to hire. So hire we did. I have to say, one month postpartum, that I believe hiring Lydia was the best decision I made regarding my labor and delivery. She was super supportive during my pregnancy- answering questions, helping with labor prepping exercises, and offering her knowledge (which was so helpful to a first time mom). As far as my labor and delivery went, I am not sure I would have made it through my very lengthy labor and followed my birth plan without her support. She worked with my husband to help him support me and he did a great job. But Lydia knew. She knew what I was going through, she knew what I was feeling, and most importantly she knew what I needed to hear to get me through. As supportive as my wonderful husband was, Lydia gave me the reassurance and encouragement I needed to make it through those last few hours of pushing. From the bottom of my heart, hiring Lydia was the best decision I made.
Lydia was my doula for my fourth birth, a VBAC. I had not used a doula with my previous births and was excited for the experience that she would bring. She was nothing short of amazing the whole way through each stage of labor and afterwards. My family was so impressed at the knowledge she brought to the birth, my husband was thankful for the help, and she really made the experience so comforting! I highly recommend her services!
Having Lydia as our doula was one of the best decisions we have ever made! As first time parents we were so excited to welcome our little one into the world, but like many had no idea where to begin. After taking a birth class where Lydia was the instructor it was obvious that the extra support during the labour and delivery process was needed. Leading up to that point it was great having her as a resource for anything that came up. After appointments or the random thought that crossed my mind, she was always there willing to talk and share information to help us make all those big decisions. When it came time to be at the hospital she was able to help by showing my husband different ways to help me stay comfortable, offered infornation when it was needed, reminded me of my birth plans, and comforted me through every contraction with her bag of tricks from her vast experiences! With her and my husbands support I was able to have an amazing delivery where the whole time the focus was on meeting our little boy! Lydia was also there postpartum as well. Checking in on us, and visiting us at home to see what we needed help with. Like I said hiring a doula was a great decision we chose to make, and having Lydia as our doula was what made it so special!
Lydia is amazing! She was a wealth of knowledge before and after giving birth (especially for breastfeeding) but I didn’t realize how much I needed her during labor! She responded to me immediately in the early hours of the morning when I was unsure of what was happening and came over to my house to help me through labor. She told me how to breathe, when to breathe, and jumped right in with all the soothing techniques. I following directions and ended up having a quick and natural birth for my first baby. Since she knew my birth plan, she could relay all the necessary information to the on-call doctor when I couldn’t, which I appreciated. Later on, she checked in on me and answered any questions I had since I had plenty after the baby arrived. She was well worth the real investment couples should consider when they’re expecting, especially for the first time.
Three months ago we had our first child and we were so thankful to have shared our experience with Lydia Baker. We met Lydia through her childbirth prep class and decided she had more knowledge on the process of childbirth and caring than we could learn in the short amount of time before giving birth. Lydia has taken part in many births over the years and was able to walk us through our labor even when the nurses were not around to provide us updates (like how far apart my contractions were, etc). Lydia's presence gave my husband and I confidence and peace of mind that we were doing everything we could to have a successful birth! Lydia is friendly, knowledgable and was open to answering the barrage of questions that we had as new parents! We can't thank her enough for making this such an enjoyable experience for us!
Lydia was my doula when I delivered my second child via VBAC. I had a very traumatic first birth experience ending in a cesarean and she gently helped me work through it during my pregnancy. She was always there for me when I needed to vent about my fears or had a question. She showed me things I could do to help increase my chance of a successful VBAC. I was in labor for a little over 48 hours. She kept in contact with me the entire time and kept insisting she come over even though I told her I didn't need her yet. Once labor really got going she came right over and helped me get through the pain. I stayed home as long as possible and she made sure she did everything she could to keep me comfortable. She helped keep me focused on what my goals were which was important since I wanted a natural, no pain meds, vaginal birth. I was so comfortable at home with her that we almost didn't even make it to the hospital! I had my successful VBAC and I couldn't have done it without Lydia. I HIGHLY recommend her! I will definitely chose her as my doula for my next baby! Thanks Lydia!
Lydia was an amazing doula! She checked in with me as my pregnancy progressed and when I went past my due date she came over and did exercises with me to get the baby in the right place. I was ultimately induced and Lydia met us up at the hospital right when we got in our room and was a constant support doing exercises, advising me and informing me on things when I asked. Lydia's experience allowed me to be more comfortable and relaxed during the birthing process. She pointed out little things and made suggestions that we would have never thought to ask or do. I ended up having a C-section and Lydia arranged for my Mom to be in the OR with me after my husband left with the baby. She had to do some extra leg work to make that happen and I was sooo appreciative that she made sure it happened!! Lydia met us in the recovery room and helped with getting my daughter to latch and stayed with us till I got settled in my room (a 16+ hour day!) Lydia was amazing for post-partum as well, she visited me at the hospital and at home. She helped us with swaddling and bathing! She was always a text a way and answered all our crazy questions regardless of the time. Lydia was amazing and I recommend her to all my pregnant friends!
Lydia was an amazing asset to my birth experience, and a huge support even after my birth. She even helped with postpartum care, breast feeding, and keeps in constant contact with her clients. She is knowledgeable, experienced, and has compassion for women that are going through this experience. Although our birth did not go as planned due to medical reasons, Lydia was there supporting us every step of the way! My husband was very relieved to have her as a support system. I highly recommend Lydia to anyone looking for support during their birth - she made our experience a much better one and I'm not sure what I would have done without her!
Lydia was so much help during my labor. I'm so happy we were able to have her help during this experience. Lydia knew just what to ask and what help to offer to ease my fears and make the whole experience more comfortable. She helped me work through the contractions, offered advice on pain relief options, answered my health care questions, and helped with anything else I needed. Lydia was also a big help with breast feeding for the first time, and she was able to help my son and I have a sucessful first time feeding just after he was born. I would definitely recommend Lydia to anyone who is considering hiring a doula. We are so glad that she was able to help us!
My birthing experience would not have been the same wthout Lydia's help: This was my first child and I planned to go 'all natural' and had a very specific birth plan. Lydia was welcoming and extreemly helpful leading up to my labor and delivery, during and afterwards. She was able to help with all the questions and concerns I had, being new to the birthing experience. I had a long labor around 24 hrs, and she was there supporting me through my contractions and to help me stick with my plan. She also herlped my husband to know what to do during the labor so he could help me as well. There was alot going on with the nurses etc. at the hospital, but she was there to make sure I understood what was going on and could make the choices that were best for me and also not be taken advantage of while I was in the hospital. There was alot of things I didn't realize I had a choice or a say on and she made sure that I was taken care of. I was able to stick to my plan and not get an eepidural, but I definitely could not have done it without her assistance in laboring through the contractions. She helped me to stay focused and breathing properly and if I got too overwhelmed reigned me back in before I gave up. I am veery thankful for her services and would recommend her to anyone looking for a Doula, you are in the most capable hands and she exceeded my expectations. For someone with knowledge and the know how to appply it, I couldnt have chosen a better doula! Thank you for helping to make my birthing experience not only comfortable but that much easier! Sincerely, Bethia Reillo
My husband and I used Lydia as our doula with our first child. We planned an unmedicated birth in a hospital, and it was important for us to have the support necessary to facilitate our wishes for a natural labor and birth. Lydia exceeded our expectations. Having met with several doulas, Lydia immediately stood out. We were impressed with her knowledge and experience in assisting natural births. She also showed a strong sense of confidence that was neither vain nor judgemental; a true selling point. She made herself available to us as often as we needed via phone calls, email, and texting. Our questions and concerns were met with patience and thorough explanation, and our wants and desires were always respected. Although the birth did not go exactly as planned, we got our wish of receiving no medications or interventions and immediate skin-to-skin contact between baby and myslef. Again, it was Lydia's knowledge and experience and confidence that helped us through the most amazing and intimate event of our lives. If another child is in our future, we most definitely will call on Lydia again for her support.
