I cannot say enough wonderful things about Danielle and the significant role she played in my pregnancy, labor and delivery. She was an incredible resource during my pregnancy, always offering encouragement, answering questions and empowering us with the information we needed to make the right decisions for our family. During labor, she was a calm and confident presence, uplifting my husband and myself with her kindness, her experience in the field and her knowledge of the birth process. She has both a strength and a softness to her that coexist while she gently suggested different labor positions, coping techniques and affirmations. I don't know that I would have been able to experience the unmediated labor and delivery that I wanted had I not had Danielle with me. After our son arrived, she showered us with praises and encouragement and took pictures that we'll treasure always. Finally, postpartum she checked in with me, making sure I was doing well both physically and mentally. After our last session it felt so weird to say goodbye because she was such an integral role in our son's arrival. I HIGHLY recommend Danielle to anyone looking for a wonderful doula experience. We absolutely love her.

Working with Danielle made the L&D process go from anxiety producing to manageable. She made me feel comfortable by thoroughly explaining each of the options I had and risks and benefits associated. This all happened during our first visit in which we created our birth plan. As my due date approached, she gave plenty of comfort techniques including stretches and things for my husband and I to do together. Not only did she make me more comfortable during the birthing process, but also cared for me in the first few days and still remains a resource for when I have questions. One of the biggest helps was breastfeeding support in which she was able to give us some important pointers in the first few days. We felt that Danielle was knowledgeable, advocated for us well, and really helped make the process much smoother. We couldn’t recommend working with her more!

I can't say enough about how wonderful Danielle was and what a difference she made in our lives. Danielle was one of 5 doulas I interviewed. She was the one who gave me the feeling of calm reassurance and had above and beyond the knowledge and experience that I was looking for.

Her non-judgmental listening, her gentle suggestions, and her awesome follow-up after our 2 prenatal visits were so valuable to us. We felt prepared.

She picked up the phone right away when I called her at 2 am on an icy night. She met us at the hospital in triage, and I felt so confident in her as she seamlessly worked with us and the nursing staff. We had a long labor, but Danielle was with us every step of the way. Her constant care, attention, and advocacy allowed us to deliver our baby vaginally without pain meds as we had envisioned. She took care of all 3 of us, discussed options with us, physically supported me and provided calming cues to help me stay focused. After birth, I turned to her and said, "You are worth your weight in gold."

She continued to help us with postpartum doula work, and this was so valuable. In addition to helping me with household tasks and the baby, she was a kind, open-hearted listener as I processed our birth and the challenges that come after, once again providing reassurance and resources.

I wholeheartedly recommend her.

Danielle was amazing with our son. After spending some time in the NICU with our premature son, we were very nervous to come home with our baby and have him sleep by himself at night. Danielle was so patient, caring and kind with our son and she took the time to teach us skills and provide the knowledge that we felt like we were lacking by being new parents. She was thorough and always provided a detailed summary every morning. I can't reccomend Danielle enough, she is truly the best!

Danielle was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was very kind, patient, and nurturing with our baby. She always took the time to discuss concerns that I had as a new mom regarding things such as baby sleep and breastfeeding. In addition to taking care of our baby, Danielle was extremely helpful with things such as laundry and dishes and it was such a pleasure to start a new day with a well cared for baby and spotless home. Would highly recommend!

From the moment Danielle walked into our home we felt a warm and caring presence. She always knew when to step in and help. She was gentle and intuitive when taking care of me and our newborn baby. I always felt safe and cared for when Danielle was around. Danielle went above and beyond for our family. Taking care of light household duties, making the sibling lunches for the morning and washing and organizing our newborn's clothing.

danielle was truly a blessing to our family. We are so grateful to have met her and have her be a part of such a special time in our life. any family would be lucky to have Danielle as their doula. She is amazing at her profession as well as an amazing person.

Danielle is absolutely amazing! From the first visit for a meet and greet to her coming over nightly to watch our girls, I am so so glad our paths crossed.

Being a first time mom to spontaneous triplets, she not only took care of our girls overnight so mom and dad could get some sleep but she was there for me to have someone to talk to. She cared for my preemie girls like her own. She taught me and showed me things that I would never have thought of. Working with triplets, a routine is a must and she had no issue sticking to our routine but also helping us with different milestones/sleep patterns to help our family as a whole.

Danielle is incredibly thoughtful, trust worthy, gentle, sweet and just overall an amazing woman. I cried the day we had to say goodbye. I so looked forward to her coming those nights and seeing her in the morning for those quick chats that I wish could have been so much longer!

I would recommend her a million times over for any mom/family out there!

My birth experience with Danielle from start to finish was just wonderful. As a first time homebirth mom I didn't know what I would want or need when labor started & Danielle was incredibly intuitive while I was laboring, helping me with different positions to aid the process, hip squeezes to relieve pressure while soothing & supporting me as my labor progressed. My husband  & I both found her help & support invaluable. I'm so grateful for her thoughtfulness, helping my husband clean up to checking in to see how my nursing & postpartum was going to my follow up visit when she was kind enough to wash & sterilize my pump parts for me. I really felt like she was every bit as invested as I was in achieving my dream of a homebirth & I will always be grateful that she was such an integral part of my labor & birth, I don't think I could have done it without her!

Danielle has a kind and gentle soul and is perfect to have around before, during and after childbirth. She was a Godsend to us and we couldn't have been more pleased with our decision to hire her as a doula. Thank you Danielle!

Danielle needs no more testimonials, but deserves them anyway! She is one of the most kind, compassionate, caring, and nonjudgmental people I've known, and I'm honored to have had her as doula for my son's birth. From those first, middle-of-the-night texts -- "I think I'm having contractions!!" -- to the long labor, to the postpartum period and digesting my birth experience, she was supportive every step of the way. She sat down with me and my husband from the beginning to get to know us and our preferences and lifestyle, which was really helpful in preparing for the birth. She put us completely at ease. I can't say enough about what a wonderful experience I had with Danielle and how much I recommend her, whatever type of birth you're planning.

I cannot recommend Danielle Breach highly enough for her superior doula services.

From her initial meeting with my partner and I, it was clear that Danielle would bring a wealth of knowledgable, warmth, care and non-judgemental approach to supporting us with the birth of our first child.

Ahead of the birth, Danielle made herself abundantly available to answer any questions we had. As part of her prenatal support, she walked us through a birth plan in a very comprehensive and educational manner. She was extremely patient in helping us to understand what situations/options we may be encounter, and was able to provide recommendations for additional information in areas of interest to us.

On the day of our child's birth, Danielle could not have been a more valuable. There were times during the birth where we were needed to make some key decisions about how to proceed, and she was able to calmly provide information about those options to help us arrive at those decisions. Danielle also was invaluable in helping to make everything about the labor more comfortable and I imagine that had she not been there, our experience would not have been as positive as it was.

After the birth, Danielle met with us at our home to check in with us and and was able to provide some helpful tips to us as we were learning the ropes of parenting.

Without hesitation I fully endorse Danielle, and should we have another child, I will certainly look to be employing her services as a doula again. Thank you, Danielle!

Danielle was our doula for the birth of my second child in February 2019.  She was so wonderful to work with - leading up to the birth, during the birth, and for follow up after.  Danielle has such a kind and nurturing personality, and I found that so comforting during the birth.  She is extremely knowledgable - I cannot emphasize this enough.  She knows her stuff!  Danielle works well to with the entire family - my husband and my mother were also at my birth.  Danielle took the time to get to know us and to answer all of our questions in the months before, which made me feel so comfortable.  She also came prepared - at one point I was so burning hot and all of a sudden she grabbed a fan from her bag!  When my birth turned out to be an induction as time progressed, she was helpful and I appreciated her being there to provide guidance, support, and for someone to talk things through with.  She had great suggestions of pain management techniques and also was supportive with my decision to have an epidural.  Danielle followed up with us and truly cares about her clients.  I highly recommend Danielle!

I don't have enough wonderful words to say about Danielle. I did not use a doula for my first birth, but because I wanted to VBAC and stay as natural as possible for my second birth, I looked in to Danielle per the recommendation of my cousin. She was perfect. She came to the hospital when I was ready and stayed the entire time. She gave me a ton of good suggestions for positions and helped my husband carry some of the burden of keeping me comfortable. She tailored her suggestions to my needs and was there to help answer questions about why certain things are a certain way ( like why did I need pitocin and why I needed to lay on my back because of baby's head position). I would recommend Daneille to anyone considering a doula. She was experienced ( the staff all knew her), and was obviously respected by the staff. They were not threatened by her presence in the slightest. They were excited she was there to help. She knew where to put pressure based on where the pain was and was able to suggest differenent things that kept me going natural until the very end when I needed the epidural for surgical reasons. Even though I was unable to VBAC and ended up with a csection, I still feel like Danielle was worth every single cent. Her prescence was caliming and she gave me the exact birth experience I wanted with the cirumstances as they were.

I'm not sure if I want natural birth, and if doula is needed. So I interviewed a couple doulas to decide. My friend referred Danielle to me. After meeting with her and hear good things about her, I brought her to my birth team right away! I got epidural right away, and I still think hiring Danielle worths every single penny spent.

  • Here is why:She provides confidence for me even before birth. She does home visit prior to birth, and taught me some techniques to get the baby into correct position, relief my lower back pain etc. It was AMAZING!
  • She's not the doctor, so she doesn't give medical advise. But she is sooo experienced with birth. When I don't feel comfortable bombing my doctor with all questions, she's my to go person. I always get an answer. And when she says that I should call my gyno, then I felt less uncomfortable to call the doc.
  • She provides confidence and comforting during birth. I'm a FTM, so everything is unknown. But when she walked to the hospital with me, a lot of nurses know her, greeted her, she knows her way to every room, she knows where are the extra blankets etc.. It erases my nervousness away right there.
  • She's there, so my husband can stay with me! He doesn't have to go out to find nurses, or get me water or anything, Danielle got it! My husband can drop me at the door and go park the car, and I don't have to wait for a nurse while standing in pain, because Danielle got it! Right after baby was born, my husband is holding my hands, not holding a phone to take pictures because Danielle got it! (she captures pictures with a legit camera)
  • She's the one holding my legs during push, encouraging me, for the whole 3 hours! When I'm not making progress after 2 hours of pushing, she's the one put me on a different position and it helped! Also did I mention the constant massage, so my legs can feel better

If her schedule works out, bring her to your birthing team!

Danielle was present for both of my daughters births, in August 2014 and February 2016. My husband and I found her to be supportive and encouraging of my goal for a natural childbirth. She was calm when I wasn't, and suggested techniques to help me cope. I also really treasure the pictures she took just moments after the babies arrival! I would highly recommend using Danielle as your Doula!

Danielle was such a wonderful asset to have during my labor and birth. She was always available by phone when my contractions first started, reassuring me and getting me through the day. By the evening, I was ready for her to be at my home. She quickly showed up (even asked if we needed anything on her way) and was ready to help! Having Danielle around to simply talk to my husband and keep his nerves calm was a huge help. She would always keep an eye on me as I was walked around the house through my contractions. once things really started to pick up, we left for the hospital, which was just down the street. Danielle never left my side, unless I wanted her to or if my husband wanted to be near me. She assisted me in the triage room while waiting to be checked in, and then helped me into the nice warm shower in my room. Even though I ended up getting an epidural, Danielle kept my spirits up and assured me I was making the right decision for me. She was great in dealing with my mom, who wasn't so on board with my attempt at a natural, vaginal birth. My entire labor lasted for 41 hours, which Danielle was present for most of. She also captured amazing pictures of my labor and birth. Due to the circumstances leading up to my baby being born, I was not able to see her come out or assist with it, as I had so wished for. Danielle was able to capture the moment in a picture of my daughter just as she came out, an image I will always cherish. I'm so incredibly glad and thankful that we went with Danielle. She has such a calm, loving, and nurturing soul, which she definitely displays in her work. I am so glad I had her with me, as my birth did not turned out how I thought it would. It was so wonderful to see her again when she came by for my postpartum visit. She really does care about each and every one of her clients. I highly recommend her to everyone!

Danielle really spent time with us prior to our baby's birth, providing education, resources, ideas, and support. She was present with us and our baby from the very start. She was available by phone when I had questions or concerns, and was so valuable to my husband and I during the birthing process. Her photographs were beautiful and I am so thankful she was present at our little boy's birth not only to assist, but to capture the spirit of one of the most powerful days we've ever known. As a person, my husband and I found her to be warm, caring and authentic. I would definitely reccomend Danielle and her services to any close friend or family member.

I recently delievered my first baby with the help of a support team which included a doula, Danielle. Before labor, I wasn't sure exactly what a doula does but got one on recommendation of my midwife and every literature I've read. I used the doulamatch.net site to find a doula and selected Danielle randomly. On our meeting, I realized she was as kind and caring as her profile came across.

Now after the delivery, I am very happy with my choice, because Danielle was an amazing presence at my baby's birth. Without Danielle I would have never managed to achieve my goal of a natural birth. She was calm, professional, caring, tremendously knowledgable, and extremely supportive. My husband and I were amazed and so grateful for the wonderful birth experience that was possible because of our lovely doula. I recommend her to all my friends and family and hope she's available for any future deliveries I may have.

My husband and I welcomed our second son in to the world on December 23rd.We sought out Danielle as our Doula because after our first son's standard hospital birth we knew that we wanted to do things differently and that meant that we need to have a team who supported us and our not so conventional birth plan. After interviewing quite a few Doulas we met Danielle. She was perfect for us!She was kind, calm, compassionate and understanding of our wants and needs. She understood that taking us on as clients meant that she would not just have to help me through an unmedicated water birth but also jump in as a surrogate mother to our two and a half year old son, helping him understand that mommy is ok and working hard to bring his baby brother into the world.Danielle was my go to girl throughout my pregnancy.Doulas jobs are so much more than just helping you through labor. They're a shoulder to lean on and ear to listen when you need it throughout your pregnancy.I called Danielle with all kinds of questions from your standard“is it normal to be...”pregnancy questions to second time mother worries like"I'm scared, how am I going to find the time to give both of the boys the attention they need?"Danielle answered all my questions and put my mind at ease. She herself is a mother of five and I found her wisdom and experience as a mother invaluable! When the big day came Danielle showed up with her motherly warmth and lighthearted kindness. We knew it was going to be a great birth. We labored at home for a few hours then I decided that it was time to head to the hospital.Just four and a half hours after arriving at the hospital we had our son.A completely unmedicated water birth with big brother present and calm throughout the whole labor and delivery.Danielle was there for us through it all! There were times when I wanted to give up and give in but she was a rock and helped our family have the birth we wanted. We could not have done it without out her steady support!

Our baby was born with Danielle's wonderful assistance in May of this year. We were so happy we worked with Danielle, who was a pilar of positivity, affirmation and strength from the moment we first spoke on the phone. She met with us twice in person before our due date and was always available for answering questions and providing reassurance. She was a great assistance during a long, and eventually quite painful, labor. She was practical, focused, positive and encouraging. She and my husband and our midwives were an amazing team. And we have lasting memories of our happiest day because of the gorgeous photographs she took immediately after the baby was born. She came to our home after the baby was born to follow up with us. It was so appreciated. We would absolutely work with Danielle again in the future should we have that opportunity. We recommend her without reservation to anyone who is thinking of working with a doula - which everyone who is planning a natural labor and birth should do!

Danielle was instrumental in assisting my husband and I accomplish out goal of a water birth for the birth of our second child. Danielle used techniques that were extremely helpful to me such as helping me stay positive, massage, understanding my needs and even helping my husband better understand my needs to assist me! Danielle really showed endless compassion and support to the both my husband and I. Danielle also helped me deal with fears and assured me things were OK and normal at different stages of the birth. The birth of my daughter could not have gone better and I still think about the amazing experience almost everyday... And it is thanks to Danielle! I truely don't think things would have gone so smoothly without her! I am so thankful that we had her by our side. Also, she was able to photograph my beautiful birth experience, which was such a wonderful bonus! I highly recommend Danielle as a doula!

My experience with Danielle was nothing but pleasant, professional, personable and wonderful. You can tell she loves what she does and she is great at it. She has a compassion that you can see the first time you talk with her.

The first time I spoke with Danielle I was assured she was the one, she also answered all my questions without sounding annoyed. The day of the birth she was wonderful. She did what ever I needed her to do and where ever I needed her to be. I had a minor hiccup that was not part of my ideal birth but she supported me and was helpful in the decision process. She was a great support person emotionally, verbally and hands on. She stayed with me till I went to my postpartum room still supporting my husband and I. She came to the house after the birth just to check on us and recap of the days events.

She captured beautiful moments in pictures that brought tears to my eyes. I am so thankful that I have those pictures to look back and remember all the emotion and excitement in the room. Would I recommend Danielle? I would 100%, others wil enjoy the compassion she has.

My husband and I welcomed our beautiful baby girl on November 19, 2012. I was in labor for 23 hours, 14 of which were wonderfully and comfortably spent at home. We called Danielle to come to our home after about 11 hours of labor as the contractions became more intense. As soon as she arrived to our home, she immediately turned on the "zen" and helped my husband with strategies to help me cope, such as massage and double hip squeeze (yes, 23 glorious hours of back labor!). When we arrived at the hospital, Danielle provided amazing support and beautifully corresponded with the medical staff and our anxious family of 8 in the waiting room. This really gave my husband and I the focus we needed to get through our natural, first-time birth. She also did a wonderful job of keeping my husband "in the zone" to keep him from panicking! I truly do not know if I would have been able to go through with the natural Hypnobirth we had planned if not for the support and encouragement from Danielle. As the delivery time approached, she alerted the nurse right away and worked exceptionally well with the midwife and other medical personnel. She also took pictures for us as soon as she was born, which was a beautiful thing to capture! When it was time to visit with family, she respectfully stepped out, returned to check on us to make sure we were settled, and she went on her way! She came to our home for a follow-up visit and to see the baby a few weeks later. I am so glad we had made the decision to seek a doula, and I could not have made a more promising, devoted, compassionate choice than Danielle! I will definitely use her services for any future children we may have!

I can't say enough about how much Danielle helped us.  My first child was preemie (and it was scary), so for our second, I thought a doula might help us stay calm and have a better labor/delivery experience.  Danielle was always calm, always reassuring but honest, and helped ME to stay calm because she had some ideas of what's "normal."  She was available for lots of nutty questions. (Maybe I shouldn't advertise that?) During the actual delivery, Danielle and my husband both kept me calm and I felt like she was on our team.

Five stars :)
