Hiring Natalie as our postpartum doula was truly one of the best decisions we made as first-time parents. From the moment she walked into our home, she brought a calm, confident presence that made a huge difference during those first intense weeks.
She is a true baby expert. Our daughter was always so calm and content in her arms. Natalie has an incredible ability to read a baby’s cues and respond with exactly what’s needed, whether it’s soothing, feeding, or just holding with care.
She was also instrumental in my breastfeeding journey. I was in so much pain and struggling at the beginning, but Natalie was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive. She helped our baby latch properly and offered countless tips and encouragement. I honestly think I would have given up on breastfeeding without her.
Beyond the physical support, Natalie provided emotional reassurance and practical tips that made us feel more confident and capable as new parents. We learned so much from her—things that would’ve taken us weeks (or months) to figure out on our own.
Thanks to her, our first six weeks went far more smoothly than we expected. We were able to get rest at night, enjoy calmer days, and actually feel like we had a handle on things.
I can’t recommend Natalie enough to any new parent. Her support was invaluable, and we’re so grateful for everything she did for our family.

I have worked with Natalie twice, both for postpartum night time care for my newborns. Both times, I had absolutely amazing experiences. Natalie is very knowlegeable so gave me great advice when I had issues or concerns and took amazing care of my babies. I rested well at night knowing my babies were in the best care. Because of Natalie, I had great postpartum experiences and I credit her to helping my babies be great sleepers. I would highly recommend Natlaie!

We were so lucky to have Natalie help us during the first couple of months of our newborns’s life!

Natalie’s daily lactation coaching helped me get the hang of breastfeeding in a way that NO other consultant at the hospital could! I credit her for my ability to breastfeed comfortably and sustainably!

Natalie’s intuitive knowledge of body mechanics and ergonomics meant that she was always able to come up with ways to make holding or feeding R in any position more sustainable and comfortable—and this went for bottle feeding, too!!

Not only were her foot soaks (read: that PLUS amaaaazing shoulder /neck /arm massage + foot/calf massage) and full body massages relaxing, but they were also integral to the healing of my neck-arm-hand overuse/nerve injury. Postpartum is a time of great healing, and all of these things REALLY help.

Natalie also always made sure I was watered, fed, had taken my postpartum meds, gotten a much needed nap, etc.+ making sure to help with washing pump parts, dishes, or do whatever needed to be done, and more. …sounds simple but I always noticed how days without her, these things were much more difficult to achieve.

She was also SO good our baby, and we learned so much just by watching her, too!

We were initially a bit uncomfortable with her disclosure at the beginning that, while she has gotten the Covid vaccine and flu shot before, that she does not keep up with the boosters or subsequent flu shots—especially as we had required this for our other early visitors. However, as we worked with her, we found that she wore a surgical mask each time she was here and was very professional about proactively keeping us abreast of any possible symptoms of illness, and we would be comfortable working with her again.

Natalie was such a helpful and healing joy to work with, and we are SO lucky to have had her on our team!

Natalie helped us with our newborn the first few days after birth. She taught me to hand express, helped looking after our newborn while I took a nap, shower or took care of things around the house, sterilizing pumping and feeding items, and even preparing a couple recipes for my recovery. She was always on time, with a great attitude, advices, suggestions, very sweet to our baby, and just overall willing to make things easier for us as first time parents. We were so happy and relieved to have her for 3 weeks. I would recommend her as a post partum doula for sure.

We used Natalie as a postpartum doula. Natalie worked for us right after we came home from the hospital. Her help with our newborn was invaluable in the first few weeks while I was in pain following an unplanned C-section. Natalie is reliable, loving and sweet with our son and very easy to talk to. I would hire her again, and would recommend her services as a Doula to any new moms who want some extra sleep and support during the tough newborn phase!

Natalie was referred to me by my birth Doula and she is a great catch! She began helping me with my daughter around 3 weeks old. Natalie is super friendly and professional. She was so sweet to my baby and my baby loved her. She makes a fabulous breakfast too! Furthermore, she was a great support to me, as a first time mom, she offered her knowledge regarding breastfeeding and provided support whenever I needed it. Any family is lucky to have her :-)

Natalie Zeri came to my house for 20 hours and she did a great job. She was an invaluable help at a time when I needed it so badly. She cooked for me and my 4 year old daughter, while I was able to take care of my newborn twins. I am a single mother, and she knew what I needed. She gave me great information on breastfeeding and took care of both me and my daughter and my twin babies. I would highly recommend her to anyone. You would be lucky to have her!
