I will offer in-depth one-to-one sessions during your pregnancy. As well as full-time support during your labor and delivery. Initial Consult (~ Time of Hire): Getting to know you and your overall birth philosophy First Prenatal (First or second trimester - with spouse): Discussion of birth plan, your goals, and birth prep Second Prenatal (~34-36 Weeks - with spouse): Discussion of birth plan in detail, postpartum prep, birth rehearsal Labor & Delivery: I will come to your home and help you labor there for a while or meet you at the hospital.
