My prenatal and birth packages are customized to each family’s needs, preferences, and budget. I offer à la carte services for families seeking specific support, as well as comprehensive packages that include prenatal education, birth planning, partner preparation, on-call labor support, continuous birth support, and immediate postpartum care. My postpartum services range from virtual support and consulting to comprehensive packages offering newborn care and education, holistic recovery care for mom, feeding support, sleep consulting, meal preparation, household tasks, and emotional support. Holistic wellness is woven into my care if wanted, with offerings such as prenatal yoga, sound healing, massage, relaxation techniques, and birth debriefing, to nurture the mother as a whole. My goal is to provide personalized, compassionate support that helps families feel informed, and nurtured throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
