Post a testimonial for Brittany Klutz

We met Brittany at my brother in law’s wedding as their photographer and when I suddenly went into labor two weeks early she jumped to help us and was with us for the entire labor. (About 20 hours) We were so thankful and blessed to have her there, she did a wonderful job and was so much help when it was most needed. Since we were two and a half hours from home for the wedding, the labor did not go as planned but Brittany made up for it for the care she gave us. She advocated for me, gave great advice, supported us, and became a friend to us. We are continually thankful she was placed in our lives.

Brittany is truly a blessing to our family. ?? She assisted in every way humanly possible during the birth of my granddaughter—from jumping up to give massages and arranging pillows to being a listening ear and a constant source of encouragement throughout the entire process.
She was a strong advocate for my daughter and made sure she felt supported, heard, and cared for every step of the way. And she wasn’t just there for my daughter—she was there for our entire family.
Brittany, we cannot thank you enough for everything you did for us and for Baby Zuri. Your kindness, compassion, and support meant more to our family than you will ever know. We are so incredibly grateful for you. ??

We had a high risk twin pregnancy and had been admitted into the hospital at week 26 with a potential delivery any day after that. With it being our first pregnancy to make it past 7 weeks (3 previous losses) we weren’t aware of a lot of decisions that were needed to be made; such as vaccinations, delayed chord clamping (if possible), leaving vernix on, who bathes them first, etc. When it came time that they needed to be delivered at 30 weeks I had to have a magnesium drip before my c-section. If anyone has had it, they know it is not the greatest feeling in the world and can make you incredibly hot. She made me as comfortable as possible in the situation, which made it more bearable to get through. She also got to be in the room during the c-section along with my husband and got pictures of the whole procedure! After everything, she helped with me learning how to pump and has continued to check in on us and the babies in the weeks following as they have required a nicu stay. If we have another pregnancy in the future we plan to use Brittany again!

Brittany’s dedication and passion for her clients to be educated is unmatched. Me and my wife were first time parents, having twins, delivered at 30 weeks and the whole time Brittany made sure that we knew the next steps, we were informed and anything we needed help with she would step up. She was able to be in the OR, took over 150 photos so we could be in the moment and still have those great memories to look back on. She continues to follow up checking in on my wife and I as she is going through postpartum. I was not sure about a doula before. But now I would never not have a doula and considering flying Brittany to wherever we are in the world for our future children.
