I serve on the Alabama Perinatal Advisory Council and the Alabama Department of Public Health’s Infant Mortality Review Board. Through this work, I contribute to statewide efforts to improve maternal and infant health outcomes, review factors affecting infant mortality, and support informed, evidence-based approaches to perinatal care and family well-being. I also have volunteered at the Birmingham Children's Hospital NICU for several years

Fee Details

My doula package offers compassionate, affirming support throughout your pregnancy, birth, and early postpartum journey. It includes two prenatal visits to explore your birth preferences, prepare for labor, discuss comfort measures, and build confidence in your choices; on-call phone and text support beginning at 36 weeks; continuous support throughout your labor and birth; and two postpartum visits to help you process your birth experience, navigate the transition into parenthood, and feel supported as you adjust. As a licensed therapist and queer-affirming provider, I bring a trauma-informed, person-centered approach to birth support.
