Hi! I'm Kristin - a 40 year old Mom of three and a professionally trained postpartum doula who understands firsthand how beautiful, exhausting and also overwhelming the early days of motherhood can be. My professional experience working with children with special needs has strengthened my compassion, patience and ability to recognize that every person and every family has different needs. I bring the same approach to post partum care -supporting not only the baby, but you as well, as you navigate this new chapter. As a postpartum doula, I can provide practical, emotional and nurturing support throughout the transition into life with a new baby, whether it be your first or fifth. This may look like helping you learn your baby's cues, offering newborn-care guidance, helping establish routines that work for your family, preparing meals, doing dishes or laundry, holding the baby while you shower or rest, or simply sitting beside you, reminding you that YOU are doing a great job. Breastfeeding support is also something I am passionate about. Having struggled with this myself, I understand the emotional toll it can take. I am currently working towards my IBCLC certification so I can expand my knowledge to provide for you. Most importantly, I want you to feel supported, not judged or pressured to parent a certain way. Whether you choose to breastfeed, pump, formula feed, or use a combination, my role is to support your goals and help you make confident informed choices. I believe new parents deserve just as much care as their precious babies. You shouldn't have to do everything yourself while recovering, learning and adjusting to life with a new baby at home. My hope is to be the person who helps make those first few weeks or months feel a little lighter, a little less overwhelming and a whole lot less lonely.
I offer a 4 hours of daytime support per day, with availability 1-4 days per week. For overnight care, I offer 8-10 hour shifts. I understand that every family has different needs, so I am happy to work together to find a schedule that feels comfortable and works best for your family. Sliding scale rates and payment plans may be available. I warmly invite you to reach out to discuss your needs.

Kristin has truly been a lifesaver during these first few weeks postpartum after having my son. I honestly don’t know how I would have gotten through this time without her hands-on help and emotional support. She has gone above and beyond to make sure I feel supported, cared for, and a little less overwhelmed while adjusting to life with a newborn.
Whether it’s snuggling my son so I can get some much-needed rest, helping me stay on top of laundry, or simply making sure I have water and everything I need while feeding him, Kristin always seems to know exactly when and where I need an extra hand. But it’s so much more than just helping with everyday tasks. It’s having someone there who genuinely cares, listens without judgment, and understands just how overwhelming those first few weeks can be.
Kristin has brought so much comfort and peace into our home during such a special but exhausting time. Her compassion, patience, and willingness to jump in wherever she’s needed have meant more to me than I can put into words. Having her support has allowed me to rest, recover, and really enjoy these precious newborn moments with my son.
I will forever be grateful for everything she has done for our family. I cannot recommend her enough to any new mom navigating the fourth trimester. Every new mom deserves a Kristin in her corner! ??
