Type of practice: Solo practice

Clients per month: 3 births and 4 postpartum families

Postpartum limits/restrictions: Smoking and vaping: Please keep indoor spaces smoke- and vape-free during visits, including tobacco and cannabis. Pets: Pets are welcome in the home, but please secure any animals that may jump, bite, or interfere with care. Discuss service-animal arrangements with me before your visit. Illness: Please let me know before a visit if anyone in your household has a fever, contagious illness, or recent exposure so we can discuss scheduling. Home access: Please provide clear walkways and a comfortable space for supporting you and your baby. Your home does not need to be spotless. Respect and safety: Threatening behavior, harassment, or unsafe conditions may require a visit to end. Scope of support: Visits focus on postpartum recovery support, newborn care, and agreed household tasks. Medical care, heavy cleaning, pet care, and care for additional children are outside the visit unless specifically arranged. Please share any concerns or special accommodations before your first visit so we can plan together.

My background includes master’s degrees in Public Health and Nutrition, along with experience as a childbirth and postpartum doula. I bring a compassionate, informed approach to supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, with a special focus on BIPOC maternal well-being.

Fee Details

Postpartum support fees vary based on the length of each visit, daytime or overnight care, and your family’s needs. Prices range from $ 50 - $ 125 per visit. I also offer a BIPOC discount. Contact to discuss.
