I am so thankful to have had Suzanne present for the birth of my son! She spent almost 20 hours at the hospital with us and provided so much support. She helped me immensely with pain management through massage and other techniques, was an excellent sounding board and source of guidance when making decisions, and was such a calming and supportive presence for both my husband and I. I was initially hesitant about using a doula because I was worried I would feel pressured by my doula to do things a specific way or decline certain interventions. Suzanne did not make me feel like that in the slightest, and made me feel confident and valid no matter what choices I made.  My husband and I are very grateful to have had her there with us, and we truly couldn't have done it without her!

Having a VBAC was extremely important to me, and I truly believe I couldn’t have done it without Suzanne. She held me, comforted me, and empowered me through one of the most vulnerable and meaningful experiences of my life. She helped me get my baby into position and advocated for me when I was too exhausted to advocate for myself.

Suzanne made me feel safe, supported, and heard. When I was tired and overwhelmed, she was right there beside me, reminding me of my strength and helping me keep going. I will never forget the care and love she showed me as I brought my baby into the world.

I would recommend her to EVERYONE. I absolutely love her and will forever be grateful that she was part of my birth story.
