I volunteer with Operation Doula, a military family volunteer doula program at Naval Medical Center San Diego. This work is central to my mission of expanding access to birth support for underserved and military-connected families.

Fee Details

Virtual Birth Support, $1,500: Labor support by phone and video, three prenatal Zoom sessions, and postpartum follow-up. Essential Birth Support, $2,500: In-person labor support, four prenatal sessions, postpartum home visit, and unlimited text and email support. Complete Birth Experience, $3,200: Six prenatal sessions, in-person labor support, four postpartum sessions, and unlimited text and email support. Postpartum Renewal, $2,600: Eight postpartum visits, up to 40 hours of in-home help, and one overnight when available. Support Sessions, from $150: Prenatal and postpartum visits, mindfulness prep, birth intentions, partner prep, self-care planning, and feeding help. In-person packages only. Got insurance?
