I volunteer with Operation Doula, a military family volunteer doula program at Naval Medical Center San Diego. This work is central to my mission of expanding access to birth support for underserved and military-connected families.

Fee Details

I offer three packages: Virtual Birth Support ($1,500), Essential Birth Support ($2,500), and Complete Birth Experience ($3,200). Each includes unlimited text/email support, partner coaching, and a postpartum follow-up session. In-person packages include prenatal sessions and continuous labor support. I accept TRICARE West and I am credentialed through Raya Health and Loula—which means many insurance plans may cover my services. All packages are HSA/FSA eligible.
