Two prenatal sessions (1 hour each in person) Unlimited text and call support from moment of hire until 6 weeks postpartum 24/7 on call support for your birth (38 weeks until the birth of your baby) Birth Care Birth support from time of need in your desired place of birth, up to 2 hours postpartum I create a safe, grounded space for you to labour in, offering continuous, hands-on support throughout your birth. I help you navigate conversations with your care team, ensure you stay nourished and hydrated, and provide guidance that supports labour progression. For your partner, I reaffirm what’s normal, offer space for them to rest and recharge, and teach them hands-on comfort techniques so they feel confident and included in the experience. TENS machine available for use Postpartum Care One postpartum visit where we are able to reflect on your birth process and I support with feeding, and general newborn care.
