Loreal was our doula for our first birth and we are so glad we had her. We met a few times before our delivery date and she guided us through a birth plan which was very helpful in getting our wishes on paper. She was calming to both my husband and I during our delivery. She took pictures when we asked and gave us time to be a new family of 3. Had we not moved to a different state I would absolutely have had her for our other births! Having a doula was the best decision  but having Loreal was truly a blessing.

I can't recommend Loreal enough when it comes to prenatal, labor and postpartum care. Before giving birth Loreal went over what to expect from her level of support, helped me understand different comfort measures and even helped me create a birthing playlist. During labor, I couldn't have asked for a more supportive doula, she moved with me from standing to laying and through each contraction spoke to me with confidence that I could do it, let the wave pass and tried different comfort measures to see what felt more effective for me. Throughout labor and delivery she grounded me and made me feel like I could accomplish what momentarily felt impossible. In the days and weeks following birth she checked in on me, and made sure I was setup for success. One thing that truly sticks with me and is a testament to how incredibly Loreal supports her clients, is when I was in Mother & Baby, the hospitalist holistic pain management nurse who was present for my birth made sure to come toe and (reiterate what I already knew) told me that Loreal was one of the best doulas she has encountered in her years at the hospital. Loreal has been with me for 2 of my 3 births (one was covid when doulas were not allowed) and though I'm done having kids, I can confidently say my birth experiences are wonderful memories and that is largely thanks to Loreals care!
