Fee Details

My postpartum doula rate is $50/hour, day, or $55/hour night, with a 4-hour minimum for daytime support and an 8-hour minimum for overnight support. I'm a certified Postpartum Doula and Newborn Care Specialist, bilingual in English and Russian. While I'm new to formal doula practice, I bring three years of hands-on infant care experience running my own small daycare in Goa, India — during the same years my own child was a baby — plus two years as a Certified Nursing Assistant in skilled nursing care. I also navigated four exhausting months of colic as a parent myself, so I understand the exhaustion of those early weeks firsthand. I offer calm, practical, judgment-free support — newborn care, feeding support, help establishing sleep routines, and light household help during daytime shifts — so you can rest, recover, and feel confident with your new baby.
