What Your Overnight Support Includes Your overnight postpartum support is designed to help you get the rest you need while ensuring your baby is cared for throughout the night. Your overnight support includes: * Overnight newborn care — Baby care throughout the night so parents can rest and recharge. * Bottle preparation and washing — Preparing bottles as needed and washing and sanitizing bottles used throughout the night. * Baby’s laundry — Washing, drying, folding, and putting away baby’s laundry. * Light tidying — Keeping baby-related areas and commonly used spaces tidy throughout the night. * Overnight event log — A detailed record of feeds, diaper changes, sleep, soothing, and other notable events from the night. * Postpartum support and reassurance — A calm, supportive presence for parents as they navigate the early weeks with their newborn. * Protected rest for parents — Taking on overnight baby care when possible so you can get uninterrupted stretches of sleep.
